Hello, Monday! Hello, sunshine! It’s beautiful outside today and there are only sixteen tiny days until Spring, so I should be all spring feverish with extra energy to boot! But -I’m soooo tired! As a trained investigator (aka a Librarian!) I went looking to see if this is a real phenomenon or if I just need to move my bedtime up to 8/8:30? Kids! It’s real! If you, like me, feel as if your eyelids are drooping beyond control? We’ve got Frühjahrsmüdigkeit! Or Spring Fatigue, if you like. Do you think it’s because of the mild winter? Or the mild weather now? Or just one of those things that defies explanation? While you ponder those choices, why don’t you ponder some new books to read?

This is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith

Dear Mother Nature, I’m humbly requesting the End. Of. Snow! If I may?

I have Spring Fever like nobody’s business and so I’ve decided to share a few of my searches through The Reading Room, looking for spring-y books:

Spring!
Fever!
Rain!
Warm!
Sun!

True, I did this as a keyword search so the results are pretty broad -but what a nice group of words, no? I’m sure there’s more than one nice book waiting for you in that crowd -just like I’m waiting for the warm sunshine. Just a little looking and a little patience -then happy days! Enjoy.
