It’s hard to believe that this week will be my last chance to share a new basket for the Adult Summer Reading Program; which leads me on to the realization that summer time fun is nearly almost over! Where did the time go? But let’s not panic quite yet. We’ve got more books to share, a lovely last basket, and the end of summer Reading Celebration, all of which are good things to anticipate!
Would you like to see the last of the weekly prizes? So awesome, no? But fear not! If you don’t win this basket? You can come to the party on Tuesday, August 16th, from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Library and we’ll chat more about books! Plus? Plus, you could win the final basket of the summer! Would you like to see *that* basket?I know! I’m already feeling jealous of both future winners! (Aren’t these baskets the best?)
And now you probably need a book or two to read for your winning entry, right? How about one of these:
Stalked by Brian Freeman
Texas Gothic by Rosemary Clement-Moore
The Little Women Letters by Gabrielle Donnelly
In the Dark by Brian Freeman
Bad Girls Don’t Die by Katie Alender
Iron House by John Hart
Hotwire by Alex Kava
The Sorcerer of the North by John Flanagan
If all these fabulous offerings don’t help get your week off to a good start? I don’t know what would!
